-
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot. Ideally, book at least 6–9 months in advance for the best availability and pricing.
-
Your tour package includes the core essentials to make your trip smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. While specific inclusions may vary by destination, here’s what’s typically covered:
Lodging at quality, centrally located hotels
Private ground transportation throughout the tour
Select meals, usually daily breakfast and some group lunches or dinners (varies by itinerary)
Guided activities, culture experiences and entrance fees outlined on your itinerary
We do not include airfare in the tour package.
For a full breakdown of what’s included, visit the destination page for your trip. Each tour has its own day-by-day itinerary so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you go.
-
At this time, we do not book flights on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for arranging your own air travel. That said, we’ll follow up with you to ensure your flight times align with your itinerary.
-
Each tour guide looks after a small group of up to 10 guests, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends. You’ll travel on a bus with up to 20 people total, accompanied by two tour guides, so everyone gets plenty of attention while sharing the experience with like-minded adventurers.
-
All accommodations are based on double occupancy, with a maximum of two people per room. If you're traveling with a friend or partner, we’ll automatically room you together. Solo travelers will be paired with a same-gender roommate unless you request a private room for an additional fee. Room upgrades (when available) can also be arranged—just let us know your preference when booking.
